Estimated Delivery:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within our standard timeframes. Most customers can expect delivery within 7–10 business days of their shipment confirmation email, depending on their delivery address. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations may take up to 20 business days to process and ship.

Delivery Commitments:
We work hard to ensure all orders are fulfilled by the delivery date stated in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Events Outside Our Control:
Magg Distribution will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in fulfilling orders caused by events beyond our control. Such events may include, but are not limited to:

• Strikes, lockouts, or industrial action.

• Civil commotion, riots, invasions, terrorist threats or attacks, war or preparations for war.

• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disasters.

• Transportation interruptions or impossibility of using railways, shipping, aircraft, or motor transport.

• Failure or disruption of public or private telecommunications networks.

• Acts, decrees, regulations, or restrictions imposed by government authorities.

• Shipping, postal, or other transport strikes, failures, or accidents.

If such an event occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and complete your order as soon as possible once the disruption ends.
